Introduction:
The buyer accepts the general terms described in this online contract (hereinafter "contract") regarding products and information provided by or through the online store. This contract constitutes the entire and sole agreement between Kioskmetic and the buyer, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding products and information provided by or through the online store, as well as the subject matter of this contract. The buyer agrees to review this contract before making any purchase, and the purchase of any goods shall be considered an acceptance of this contract.

Payment:
The Buyer declares and warrants that:

• The provided credit card information is true, accurate, and complete.
• The charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer's credit card company.
• The Buyer will pay the charges incurred by the Buyer at the rates in effect when they were incurred, including all applicable taxes.
• The Buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred through the use of their password.
• The Buyer agrees to keep their password confidential and to notify Kioskmetic within 24 hours of any breach of this contract or any unauthorized use of the password.

Copyright:
The content, organization, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other elements related to the online store are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property), and copying, redistribution, use, or publication by a buyer of this content or any element of the online store is prohibited.

Modification or Removal:
Kioskmetic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any product for sale from the online store. Once notice has been posted on the online store, Kioskmetic may amend this contract or prices, and may discontinue or revise all or part of the online store at its sole discretion and without notice. Any modification to this contract shall be effective upon posting on the online store with respect to transactions occurring after such date.

Right to Refuse:
Kioskmetic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service at any time. The sale of any product is subject to availability.

Non-Transferable:
The buyer's right to use the online store is not transferable and is subject to limits established by Kioskmetic or the buyer's credit card company.

Order Confirmation and Shipping:
Once the buyer's order has been submitted, a page will appear to confirm that the order has been received. An email confirmation of the order receipt will also be sent to the buyer shortly after the order is placed. If an order confirmation is not received within 24 hours of submission, the buyer must contact Kioskmetic by email at customercare@kioskmetic.com for assistance. Kioskmetic orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays). All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. If an order has not been shipped, has been shipped incorrectly, is missing a product, or contains a damaged or defective item, the buyer must contact Kioskmetic by email at customercare@kioskmetic.com for assistance.

Defective Products:
If a purchased product is defective, the buyer must contact Kioskmetic by email at customercare@kioskmetic.com for assistance within 14 days of receiving it. To process the request, the buyer must provide a detailed description of the defect and proof of purchase. IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, Kioskmetic does not accept returns. If deemed appropriate by Kioskmetic, an online refund corresponding to the total purchase amount will be issued for defective products. Note: This section pertains only to products purchased from the online store.

Use of Information:
Kioskmetic reserves the right, and the buyer authorizes Kioskmetic, to use and disclose all information concerning the buyer's use of the online store as well as all information provided by the buyer, subject to applicable laws.

Applicable Law:
This contract is governed by Moroccan law.

Dispute:
All legal actions arising from or related to this contract must be initiated exclusively in Morocco. The Buyer expressly submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and consents to extraterritorial service of process. If any part of this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be interpreted to reflect the parties' original intentions as much as possible, and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the online store or Kioskmetic is in conflict or inconsistent with this contract, this contract shall prevail. Kioskmetic's failure to enforce any provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it.

Acknowledgment:
This agreement represents the entire agreement between the buyer and Kioskmetic regarding the use of the online store and supersedes any prior statements.

Order Limits:
Products ordered online are not intended for resale. Kioskmetic reserves the right to limit the number of orders per item and the total value of products ordered per day and per month.

Currencies and Sales Taxes:
All prices on the online store are convertible. The buyer agrees that all orders shipped by Kioskmetic will be subject to sales tax, as applicable according to the tax code of the country to which the order will be shipped. The tax is estimated at the time the order is placed, and the final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on the buyer's order confirmation email and delivery receipt.

Online Security:
All orders placed on the online store are encrypted, thereby protecting all credit card information submitted at the time of ordering. By using the most advanced online security technique currently available to consumers, Kioskmetic can ensure that all orders are placed securely. As such, Kioskmetic is not responsible for direct or indirect damages related to credit card fraud or theft.
